By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases where prohibited by law.

2. Products and Services

3D Glow Statues specializes in premium collectible statues and professional 3D-printing services, including:

  • Unpainted 3D-printed resin statue kits

  • Professionally hand-painted collectible statues

  • Custom statue painting commissions

  • Made-to-order 3D-printed collectibles

  • Professional resin 3D-printing and finishing services

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are intended for adult collectors and hobbyists.

Our collectible statues and resin kits are not children's toys.

Products may contain small, fragile, or sharp components and should be handled carefully.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Most products sold by 3D Glow Statues are manufactured or prepared specifically for each individual order.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

  • Unpainted resin kits may require assembly, sanding, preparation, or additional finishing.

  • Hand-painted statues are individually finished, meaning minor variations in colours, shading, and details may occur.

  • Product photographs are intended to represent the design and general appearance of the item.

  • Finished products may exhibit minor differences resulting from the 3D-printing and hand-painting processes.

These characteristics do not exclude any statutory rights relating to defective or misdescribed products.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  1. You have reviewed the product description and selected the correct product options.

  2. Your billing and shipping information is accurate.

  3. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  4. You understand and accept our stated cancellation and return policies, subject to applicable law.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or during checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be calculated or presented during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and decline orders that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order and do not provide the purchased product, we will refund the applicable payment.

5. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

3D Glow Statues does not accept customer-requested order cancellations.

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled at the customer's discretion.

This applies regardless of whether:

  • Production has started

  • The item has been printed

  • Painting has begun

  • The order has been packaged

  • The order has been shipped

By placing an order, customers acknowledge this policy.

Mandatory cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

6. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

3D Glow Statues does not accept voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Incorrect product selections made by customers

  • Personal preference regarding a product

  • Unwanted purchases

  • Orders placed accidentally

  • Dissatisfaction arising solely from disclosed product characteristics

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights relating to defective goods, products not matching their description, non-delivery, or mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights.

7. Custom Commissions

Custom commissions involve individually prepared products and specialized professional work.

Customers acknowledge that commissions may involve:

  • Resin 3D printing

  • Surface preparation

  • Airbrush painting

  • Hand painting

  • Assembly and finishing

  • Protective coatings

  • Specialized packaging

3D Glow Statues works with existing 3D designs and approved STL files.

We do not provide original digital sculpting or character design services unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Customers requesting projects using personally supplied STL files must have the necessary rights or permissions for the intended use.

We reserve the right to reject files that are technically unsuitable, unsafe, or potentially infringe applicable intellectual property rights.

All commissioned purchases are final, subject to mandatory legal rights.

8. Production and Fulfillment Times

Production schedules vary depending on the complexity, size, and quantity of products ordered.

Any production or delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Potential delays may result from:

  • Printing or equipment failures

  • Material availability

  • Complex painting requirements

  • High order volumes

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Any statutory rights arising from delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

9. Shipping and International Orders

3D Glow Statues offers domestic and international shipping to supported destinations.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Shipping fees are determined based on the destination, shipment dimensions, weight, and available delivery services.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, duties, or taxes.

Unless a shipment is specifically offered under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, import-related charges are generally the customer's responsibility.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take reasonable precautions when manufacturing and packaging our products.

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging

  • A description of the problem

We will review the circumstances and provide any remedy required under applicable law.

Customers should retain the original packaging while the issue is being assessed.
