At 3D Glow Statues, we specialize in high-quality 3D-printed resin kits, professionally painted collectible statues, and custom commissions. Due to the specialized and made-to-order nature of our products, we enforce a strict No Cancellations, No Returns, and No Refunds Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through 3D Glow Statues are final.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded at the customer's request, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to all products and services offered by 3D Glow Statues, including:

  • Unpainted 3D-printed resin kits

  • Professionally painted collectible statues

  • Custom commissions and personalized projects

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order products

  • All other products available through our website

2. No Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies regardless of whether production has started.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing checkout, including product details, variations, shipping information, and total costs.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

3D Glow Statues does not accept returns or exchanges for purchased products.

All products are sold on a final-sale basis.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect product selection, or other customer preferences.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

This includes payments for unpainted resin kits, painted statues, custom commissions, and other made-to-order products.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at 3dglowstatues@gmail.com with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.

6. No Recurring Subscriptions

3D Glow Statues does not currently offer subscription services or recurring purchase plans.

All orders are processed as individual, one-time purchases.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase through 3D Glow Statues, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood our No Cancellations, No Returns, and No Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
