Return & Exchange Policy

At 3D Glow Statues, all sales are final.

Due to the collectible, custom, made-to-order, 3D printed, painted, and/or specialty nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong item, scale, size, or version
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Minor imperfections related to 3D printing, resin casting, sanding, priming, painting, or hand-finishing
Customer dissatisfaction with a product after purchase
Accidental damage after delivery
Refusal or failure to accept delivery

By placing an order with 3D Glow Statues, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products are packaged with care before shipment. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us at 3dglowstatues@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

Contacting us does not guarantee a refund, return, replacement, exchange, or cancellation. Any response or resolution, if offered, is at the sole discretion of 3D Glow Statues, except where required by applicable law.

Custom Orders and Commissioned Work

Custom orders, commissioned pieces, painted statues, special requests, deposits, and personalized items are strictly final sale. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns will be accepted once payment has been made.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. Once an order is placed, it enters our processing, production, or fulfillment queue and is considered final.
