SHIPPING POLICY

At 3D Glow Statues, we are committed to carefully producing, packaging, and shipping our collectible statues and resin kits to customers worldwide.

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Worldwide Shipping

3D Glow Statues ships internationally to supported destinations.

We serve customers in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, and other international markets.

Shipping availability depends on the destination country's import regulations, carrier service availability, and applicable shipping restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline shipment to destinations where delivery is unavailable, prohibited, or impracticable.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Most products sold by 3D Glow Statues are made to order.

Products are generally manufactured, prepared, or painted after an order has been placed.

Production times depend on:

  • The size and complexity of the statue

  • Whether the product is painted or unpainted

  • The number of components

  • Current production volume

  • Material and equipment availability

  • The complexity of any custom commission

Production times are separate from shipping transit times.

Any estimated production schedule communicated during ordering is provided in good faith.

If significant production delays occur, we will communicate relevant updates to the customer.

Statutory rights relating to delayed or unfulfilled orders remain unaffected.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and available shipping service.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or provided through a direct quotation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping charges before completing their purchases.

Additional charges may apply to destinations requiring special handling or delivery arrangements, provided those charges are disclosed and agreed to as required by law.

4. Shipping Within Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are fulfilled using available domestic shipping services.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected service.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated in accordance with relevant Canadian tax requirements.

5. Shipping to the United States

We ship collectible statues and resin kits to customers throughout supported destinations in the United States.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location.

Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by United States authorities.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable import-related charges assessed in their destination country.

Import regulations and tariffs may change without notice.

6. Shipping to the European Union

European Union orders are shipped using DHL Express.

Our standard shipping arrangement for eligible EU orders is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Under DDP shipping terms, 3D Glow Statues is responsible for the applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges associated with delivery to the agreed destination.

These charges are included in or covered by the shipping arrangement communicated to the customer.

Customers should not ordinarily be required to pay additional import duties or taxes covered by the agreed DDP shipment.

If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment for a shipment confirmed as DDP, please contact us before making payment.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures may still affect delivery times.

7. Other International Destinations

For international destinations outside the European Union, shipping methods are selected according to available carrier services.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, international customers may be responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Brokerage or clearance fees

  • Additional government-imposed import charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not necessarily included in the product or shipping price.

Customers are responsible for checking applicable import regulations before placing an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Shipping transit times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Any delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates rather than guarantees unless an expressly guaranteed service is purchased.

Potential delays may occur because of:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • International shipping restrictions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment-related inquiries.

These provisions do not affect mandatory legal rights regarding delivery deadlines or non-delivery.

9. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipment tracking details after their orders have been dispatched.

Tracking information may initially require time to become available through the shipping carrier's system.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor shipment progress.

10. Packaging and Protection

Collectible statues and resin kits are often delicate.

We take reasonable precautions to protect items during shipping.

Depending on the product, packaging may include protective cushioning, separated components, or additional protective materials.

Some painted statues may be shipped partially disassembled to reduce the risk of damage.

Unpainted resin kits may be shipped in multiple pieces and may require assembly.

Customers should handle all resin components carefully when unpacking and assembling their products.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.

Please carefully verify:

  • Recipient name

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • City and province/state

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Contact telephone number

If incorrect information causes shipping complications, additional delivery or correction fees may apply where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed.

12. Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Shipments

Customers are responsible for cooperating with reasonable carrier delivery requirements.

A package may be returned or held by the carrier if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect

  • The recipient cannot be reached

  • Required customs information is not provided

  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful

  • Applicable import procedures are not completed

Where a delivery failure is attributable to the customer, reasonable additional shipping or handling costs may apply, subject to applicable law.

An unsuccessful delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a cancellation or refund.

Statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

13. Damaged Shipments

Although we package our products carefully, shipping damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

  3. Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

  4. A description of the damage

We recommend retaining all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

14. Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your shipment has been delayed, missing, or lost, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the situation with the shipping carrier.

Any resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

Carrier tracking information does not, by itself, eliminate any statutory responsibility we may have for delivery.

15. No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

3D Glow Statues does not accept voluntary order cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This policy applies to:

  • Unpainted resin kits

  • Painted collectible statues

  • Custom commissions

  • Made-to-order products

  • Other products purchased through our website

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their orders before completing checkout.

No customer-requested cancellations are accepted, including for orders that have not yet entered production.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, product conformity, damaged goods, non-delivery, or other legally protected circumstances.

16. Customs and Import Compliance

All international shipments are subject to applicable customs regulations.

3D Glow Statues will provide appropriate customs documentation for shipments.

We do not guarantee clearance through customs where import restrictions or regulatory requirements prevent entry.

We do not intentionally misrepresent product values, descriptions, or shipment classifications to avoid customs obligations.
